As a business traveller; I require a few basic things; cleaning and comfortable bedding; a good bathroom with a good shower and access to a some good dinning options. When I saw the price; I thought it was too good to be true for a 5 star hotel in New Delhi. It’s safe to say that it’s more of a 3.5 ~ 4 star hotel at best. It just does not have the vibe/facilities of a true five star hotel perhaps it’s because the building is so dated. Would I stay again? … only because of pricing… not more.

Top service and an amazing location, but the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Both the rooms and facilities are clearly showing their age and no longer meet the standards expected of a modern 5-star property

It only gets a 4 stars because the shower had issues. So it's just the room I was in. The staff was great, breakfast had a variety of foods, both Indian and Western. I would definitely stay there again.
