"I rented a camper from them and they called to tell me it was already booked and said they could put us in another camper , which I agreed on. And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. "

"I reserved a non-smoking room. When I checked in and went to my room, cigarette smoke smell was very strong in room. I called front desk. They did not offer another room but only brought fan and told me to run five minutes with door open to remove smoke smell. Attendant returned several minutes later requesting the fan. I told him that I had just moved it into the actual bedroom. He told me to set fan outside in 30 minutes. I kept it all night. Also, there was a very STRONG smell of marijuana on the hotel premises - parking lot, outside my room door, etc. I had a two night stay booked and had told front desk the morning of the second night that I needed more towels and sofa bed linens for another guest joining me that night. When I went to room second night, I had to go back to front lobby and request all again."
