It's right on the beach!
Very unique apartment 80m2 in front of the sea, in the bay of Itea.
This well decorated 1st floor/level and 2 bedrooms apartment is situated in a quiet neighboorhood only 2 minutes walk from the city center.
The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min.
It is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches.

This house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and brand new anatomic matresses. The living room has a double sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 extra persons.
Also in the living area there is a large smart TV with NETFLIX.
Every room has private balcony with sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,electric stove,microwave and coffee maker.
You can relax in your own private balcony with the stunning sea view.
The beaches around the house are quite and safe for kids.There are umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy the crystal clear water.
Sunbeds are available upon request.

The design of Beach House is made by natural and ecological materials.The decoration is a mix of modern and vintage style.On the walls you may enjoy original and handmade artworks.

We can arrange for your pick up from Athens airport or any other transportation you might need at special rates.

Stunning Property with Amazing Views!

Absolutely stunning property! The decor was beautiful and made the space feel so inviting. The view was truly breathtaking — we couldn’t get enough of it! Gorgeous bohemian apartment with amazing view

We felt lucky to have found this gem. The host shared a guide with recommendations for the area. There is so much to do! The center of town was a very short walk away and had plenty of restaurants. Street parking was easy. And the balcony was a delight. Thanks for hosting us! We felt right at home in your beautiful apartment.

Itea was a beautiful town on the water

My husband and I met up with our adult son who had been back packing through Europe.

Booking was easy and as advertised. Clean, bright and comfortable. Lots of space for 3 adults. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes along the sea. Close to main roads to explore Delphi and along the coast. Efi was very responsive and provided some good recommendations. A wonderful stay.

Absolutely Beautiful

The apartment was amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The balcony was beautiful with west facing views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants and cafes. As well, close to Delphi and other towns/villages along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth such as Galaxidi and Erateini. So stunning and beautiful. Efi was an amazing host. Always there for us. Overall a most enjoyable stay in Efi’s apartment in Itea.

Family Vacation

This was a perfectly lovely spot. Location is easy to find, parking was easy to find close by and walking through Itea was accessible from this base. The location was clean, the decor is charming, the ambiance is relaxing and restorative. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The climate control was easy to adjust and the nights were quiet and restful. This location is gorgeous nestled in amidst sights that dreams are made of. I was sad the moment we left! I hope to make it back again someday!
