we weren't totally unhappy, Just thought it would or should have smelled clean, it was musty smelling, we brought air fresheners so we used it. the breakfast wasn't desirable, but you can't please everyone.

When we went to take a shower the towel had marks all over them like they were still dirty. I went to talk to a stuff member and when I showed him the towel he just laughed about it.The beds were hard.
