Lovely little property in a sweet area off the beaten track of more touristy areas. Quiet, peaceful haven with complete privacy in the yard, a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely layout. Simple, cozy and quaint, would happily stay here again.

Amazing fully furnished suite, great stay, large suite, amazing counter space, great location for everything we needed. Great place to make home base for this leg of our bird watching road trip!! Yay for the barn owls in the area.

Lovely stay

An excellent location with excellent facilities for 4 adults A fifth could be accommodated in the TV on the bed/couch easily Janice is an excellent host and nothing here was lacking our needs

Great local spot

We were travelling with small kids so looked for something with a bit extra space for feeding them and not feeling trapped after early bedtimes - and Janice’s home was perfect for our needs. The description and photos are accurate and the space is so nice. Location wise was a bit far for us as we mostly drove to Richmond and downtown Vancouver, but planning for traffic was fine. We found an awesome park in town and some cute small shops in Ladner that the kids liked. We would definitely stay again for future trips
