Muy poco cuidado

Las instalaciones estan en muy mal estado, asi como el apartamento. Puertas que no cierran, enchufes que no van, persianas que van mal. Piscina y jardin sin un mantenimiento adecuado. La ubicación es buena, era apartamento e instalaciones aunque sin muy sencillas, podrían estar mejor si su cuidado fuera el adecuado.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia, zona tranquila, a 1 minuto de la playa, con aparcamiento en el mismo alojamiento. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, el wifi a veces fallaba pero por el resto genial. El apartamento es muy amplio, limpio aunque muy básico en relación a menaje. Las camas no son muy cómodas.

Hemos estado muy bien. Apartamento amplio y muy limpio. Hay dos cosas que me hacen dudar si volvería. Una son los mosquitos, y la otra que el tubo del desagüe del aire acondicionado va a parar a la terraza de abajo, y teníamos la terraza siempre encharcada.

Beautiful beach, spacious property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Ruimar. The apartment was simple but spacious. A few items such as a broom (for the sand!), sharp knife, peeler, working kettle etc would have been useful. The children’s pool had an issue mid week which I reported to staff who said they would investigate but sadly nothing was apparently done so it wasn’t useable. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a fabulous holiday. Thank you.
