In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (35 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Demi lune" 950 m, railway station "Sallanches" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, gondola lift 700 m, slopes 100 m. Nearby attractions: Megève 2 km, Mont-Blanc 38 km, Genève 64 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: La Princesse. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room studio 21 m2 on 2nd floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Entrance hall with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, microwave) with bar. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south-west facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. No lift. Access to the building by external staircase – not suitable for people with reduced mobility and strollers.

Le logement très bien.. L'emplacement et la vue très bien.. Un détail important l'accessibilité très compliqué beaucoup de marches pas très sécurisées.. Avec les bagages etc..!!!! Sinon... Le reste impec.. L'agence AIC qui remet les clefs aussi les filles très sympa.. Attentives.. Aimables et font le max pour les renseignements...

Sans plus et à eviter avec des jeunes enfants

Location très standard avec un bricolage électrique pour tout.... Lits très médiocres et bruit du frigo la nuit. Appartement joliment décoré et cuisine fonctionnelle. La vue est dégagée. Pour accéder au batiment il faut être vaillant car c'est en pente raide avec des escaliers toujours gelés durant notre semaine... autant dire que charger et décharger le materiel de ski ou les courses, c'est une véritable galère ! La voiture reste indispensable et ceci malgré la proximité des stations.

Logement agréable pour un couple, mais il faudrait améliorer quelques petites choses au sein du logement, ajout lave-vaisselle, canapé lit, chauffage, wifi, quelque petit défaut au niveau des murs

Bien situé, belle vue

La vue est magnifique et le logement est calme, BZ de 160 confortable, mais pas pratique à fermer. Les portes de placard de la cuisine ne tiennent plus ouvertes (ça fait mal). Beaucoup de rangement et fonctionnel.

They really should have a heater in the room. It was cold in the night. A heater in the bathroom is not enough.
