"Loved everything about this resort. Beautiful room overlooking the lagoon, friendly and helpful staff, great spa where I got the best massage. Highly recommended."

"Good- convenient location to airport & marina, room was nice, beds comfortable except we only had two pillows, porters were helpful with bags and booking taxis. Bad- long wait to check-in. We called twice to have more pillows brought to the room but they were never delivered. Lots of hidden charges with the room. At check-in we were given pool towel cards even though the pool was closed during our stay. We handed them back straight away for this reason. We would have been charged $60 for unreturned pool cards. There were signs all through the room saying you would be charged if The restaurants & shopping onsite were average. "
