It is located 300 m from LAS MARINAS sand beach, 1000 m from the supermarket, 5 km from DENIA city, 6 km from LAS ROTAS rock beach, 6 km from the golf course, 100 km from the airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Una urbanización de lujo

Los apartamentos están muy bien en espacio y equipamiento. La urbanización es ideal para ir con niños. Nosotros hemos repetido vacaciones en esta urbanización. Y el trato del personal de Deniasol es excelente. Si podemos repetiremos el año que viene. Lo único que hemos echado en falta fue que en las terrazas no hay toldos para protegerse del sol.
