Enjoy this beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, 1 minute walk from the beach and 1.5km from the Port of Dénia. The apartment is located in the urbanization known as Marina Chabas.



The apartment consists of 3 floors, on the ground floor you will find a room with a single bed, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and access to the terrace with awning from which you can directly access the pool and the garden of the urbanization. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. In addition, on this floor you will also find two full bathrooms with a shower. And on the upper floor there is a very pleasant living room with a television and another small terrace.



The house is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher and washing machine, and has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as quality mattresses and pillows, among other amenities. You will not lack anything. In addition, it includes a parking space so you do not have to worry about your car. The development also offers a swimming pool for adults and children, available all year round, a recently installed paddle tennis court and a beautiful, well-kept garden to relax in. And best of all, you will have very quick access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sand and the sea at any time.
