De acuerdo con lo esperado y más.

El apartamento, que ya lo conocíamos de otras veces, responde al detalle de lo anunciado. No es un apartamento de lujo; sí que es agradable y cómodo y permite una estancia muy satisfactoria. La ubicación, la plaza de parking amplia, la wifi de buena velocidad, el eficaz sistema de climatización... está por encima de su categoría. Y la gestión y sobre todo la atención del personal de la oficina de Dénia es de excelencia. Empática, atenta y eficiente. Eso si es in lujo.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock einer schönen Anlage und nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, sowie in Fußnähe zum Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, SMART-TV etc.), allerdings sind die Möbel zum Teil beschädigt/verwohnt (ist allerdings nur kosmetisch und nicht funktionell). Der Balkon geht leider in Richtung Norden (im Winter kalt). Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist super. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt (sieht aber gepflegt aus). Bei uns war es sehr ruhig in der Anlage (Winter).

Estuve el pasado año y he repetido. No me ha decepcionado. Sigue teniendo muchas cosas a favor: bien mantenido y limpio, buena plaza de parking, cercanía a la playa y al pueblo, urbanización tranquila, buena wifi y climatización, buen equipamiento de electrodomésticos, ... Los puntos débiles son poco importantes: la terraza, un poco indiscreta y con una mesa algo justa para cuatro, la cocina, un poco pequeña pero bien equipada, la piscina, pequeña (pero con muy poca ocupación), y poco más.

Logement loué 2 fois en 4 ans, nous avions oublié l'état de la literie en très mauvais état que ce soit le grand lit ou les 2 petits adaptés pour des enfants et non des adultes. ... La table de terrasse adaptée pour 2/3 personnes maxi et non 4. Une utilisation de plusieurs appareils simultanément fait sauter les plombs!! piscine agréable, non chlorée et bien entretenue. Proche du centre ville à pied, port plaisance et plage

Es un apartamento cómodo con muchas cosas a favor: magnífica plaza de parking, cercanía a la plaza y del pueblo, urbanización tranquila, buena wifi y climatización, buen equipamiento de electrodomésticos, ... Los puntos débiles son la terraza, un poco indiscreta, la cocina, un poco pequeña pero bien equipada, la piscina, pequeña (pero con muy poca ocupación), la cercanía al hotel Puerto Dénia (con actividades a veces ruidosas), y poco más.

Praktisk leilighet nær stranden

Velutstyrt leilighet med flott terrasse. Godt renhold. Alt fungerte som det skulle men oppvaskmaskinen var noe sliten. Godt lydisolert, noe som var bra da det var noe støy fra nabohotellet om kveldene ifm deres underholdning for sine gjester. Hørte ingenting på soverom. Vi trivdes veldig godt.

No es lo que parece

Lo mejor del apartamento es: la orientación (Norte), lo peor: la falta de mantenimiento, en la cocina sólo se podían utilizar dos fuegos, un sillón de la terraza estaba roto y otro con la tapicería en mal estado. No somos fumadores por lo que notamos el olor a tabaco en las tapicerías. Por otra parte, falta intimidad, en la terraza, los vecinos están demasiado cerca.

location très bien agencée, disposant de tout le nécessaire en cuisine. Résidence très agréable, très bien entretenue, piscine non chlorée. Cependant (non indiqué dans l’annonce), à moins 50m grand hôtel de 200 chambres bruyant a des moments de la journée. Centre ville à pied 15 mn, et beau port plaisance avec des restaurants à 500 m
