Delightful villa nestled amongst trees & flowers in the pretty mature gardens. Situated near the village of Jesus Pobre and the Montgo Nature reserve. Superb private pool with sunny terrace, roof terrace and unusual beamed, stone naya for relaxing and dining. Extremely well equipped and free WiFi. Both bedrooms are ensuite and air conditioned and the master bedroom has a spacious walk in wardrobe.

The welcome and a pack of goodies got us settled, the property had everything plus. The view of the surrounding hills was amazing. Of course the pool was the icing on the cake. I tried to find a fault and couldn't!

Beautiful villa, spotless clean and very well maintained. It’s obvious that Susan & Nick cares about their home as well as their guests. By far the best experience we’ve had with renting a villa for our summer holiday. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time, with the villa providing a great base for cycling into the hills. Susan and Nick were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The welcome package of food and wine was very welcome.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous garden with fantastic pool. Easy walk to the village and can definitely recommend the Sunday market. Nick and Susan greeted us and left us the best welcome pack we’ve ever had.

Really impressed with this villa a many I have stayed in. Great setting and lovely pool and garden overlooked by scenic mountain (love the views from the roof top terrace for nightly g&t!). Villa very clean and exceptionally well appointed. Owner really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

If you are a golfer, this place is perfect 2 min drive (1km) from the La Sella Golf. We came for 3 weeks in February and chose it because of its location and the owners have dogs themselves so are very welcoming to humans and furries which is important to us. As the golf of La Sella accepts dogs on the golf course, but not in their hotel, Casa Almareika was the best option. Its also super easy to get to Denia and Javea as the house is located in between both towns.

Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. House was very comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. Sue and Nick met us on arrival and had left us an extensive welcome pack to get us started, much appreciated. House, grounds, swimming pool all very well maintained and comfortable. We have been fortunate to stay in some great villas over the years, but this has to be the best! The villa it's self is large and well furnished, the gardens and pool are just lovely and very private. In early evening you can move up to the roof terrace for a drink with a great view. Add to all that the location....at the foot of a beautiful mountain, in great countryside and close to the village of Jesus Pobre....perfect!

What a beautiful house for our stay. Clean and tidy with everything you would ever need in a kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and an incredible pool and patio which was all fully secure for our dog Douglas. Sitting outside on the numerous tables was lovely - one undercover, one by the pool and one on the rooftop terrace for the sunsets. Susan and Nick were lovely hosts, very welcoming with helpful on tips for the area and the tech in the house. They checked with us by text during the week that we were having a good time that we were happy with the house. This was very nice of them...and we were happy and everything was super with the house!It was a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Jesus Pobre which had all we needed, a shop, a few bars and restaurants and a lovely artisan market on a Sunday. The road is not busy, lack of pavements but definately enough room to safely walk there and back. Lots of forest and track walks in the area straight from the house and if you are feeling adventurous the Montgo Mountain trail is just over the road behind the winery. Had a fun day out up to Guadalest castle and surrounding mountain villages and its only 20 minutes to Javea for a potter along the promenade and a coffee. Looking forward to returning really soon. We had a wonderful 2 week stay , the villa is well equipped and has everything you need.The views are amazing and the area is so peaceful , the village is very near and has a few good restaurants, it's a 10 minute drive to javea with a good beach and plenty of restaurants .We spent a lot of time at the villa the pool is a great size and the garden is very nice several areas to dine outside especially the roof terrace.I would definitely return to this villa no hesitation, also Susan and Nick were very helpful and accommodating, the best villa I have ever stayed in.

Excellent villa with everything needed for our holiday. Susan and Nick were extremely helpful and available if needed. Amazing welcome pack which we really appreciated. Spectacular photo opportunities at dawn and dusk, swimming pool and gardens excellent. Small amount of road noise, need to drive for shopping but would 100% recommend to friends and would definitely like to return. Thank you Sue and Nick .

We had a great week at Casa Almareka. Sue and Nick were on hand to greet us and provided an extensive welcome pack to get us started. The villa and grounds are very secluded - even though next to other villas, we didn't see anyone else all week. The pool is a fantastic size for a 2 bed villa and the shaded terrace with ceiling fan was very welcome in the heat. Inside the villa is very homely and was spotlessly clean. Sue and Nick obviously take great pride in the villa, and we will definitely rebook if we are in the area again! It's also in a great location for getting to Javea, Denia, Moraira, Jalon valley etc.

We cannot rate this couple and their villa highly enough. Susan and Nick have made this very much a home from home. Everything was in good order, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The large walk in wardrobe was a lovely surprise. They had prepared a lovely pack of food which saw us through the next day, and kept in touch in case we needed anything. If we are able to return, this without a doubt, will be where we come. Oh and on the couple of days when it was a little colder, the central heating was amazing and the unlimited WIFI couldn't be faulted. We would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Almareka. The location is beautiful and we loved the ever changing mountain view, especially from the roof terrace. The villa is lovely with everything you need. Thanks for the welcome pack Susan and Nick. This meant we could settle in straight away! The aircon was very welcome when the temperatures increased. We used the bbq which was great. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults alike and was very refreshing. The villa is located in Jesus Pobre and we all enjoyed the market on the Sunday. A must for foodies and plenty of refreshments on offer. There are lots of wonderful beaches and coves to explore nearby. The kids loved snorkelling. You can also find sandy beaches and pedalos in Xabia. Thanks again Susan and Nick for a very memorable and relaxing stay.
