Beautiful Villa in Denia with private pool La Florida JK

The villa in Denia has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people (max. 4 adults).This lovely 190 m² accommodation is rented as a whole but is distributed in two fully equipped and independent dwellings.The garden is built on several levels, giving it a special charm. We find various types of plants and trees. The pool area has sunbeds and various garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of our clients, and also offers beautiful views of Montgó.The first of the dwellings is located in the upper area of the plot. Upon entering, we find a beautiful living/dining room furnished with great taste, as well as a lovely fireplace. The living room has wifi, TV and air conditioning/heat pump. The independent kitchen is also fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Crossing a hallway, we will reach the bedroom, which consists of two 90cm beds together, TV and air conditioning. Next to it is the bathroom with shower.To access the second dwelling, we must go down the stairs outside the house. There we will find a nice recently renovated and decorated studio. The living/dining/kitchen is in the same room, with TV, air conditioning/heat pump and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob and crockery/cutlery. Next to this area is the bedroom with a double bed and a standing fan. It should be noted that to access the bathroom with shower, you must go up some steps.It is located 4 m from the city of "Denia", 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach "La Marineta", 2 km from the rocky beach "Las Rotas", 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the bus station, 11 km from the Golf course "La Sella Golf Resort", 110 km from "Alicante" airport, 120 km from "Valencia" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in the mountains.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Un Oasis de paz y relajación

Es una excelente casa para desconectar de el estrés diario de de la vida cotidiana y el trabajo. Un magnífico lugar donde disfrutar de esa paz y a la misma vez de unas vacaciones merecidas tras un año de trabajo. Una casa fabulosa para relajarse en su maravillosa piscina y disfrutar de sus fabulosos jardines mediterráneos en un enclave cercano al mar y a lugares de gastronomía y ocio. Yo personalmente pondría un ventilador de techo en el porche de entrada a la casa.
