Our villas offer the advantage that they have their own garden with pool and partly jacuzzi and can at least unfold freely on their property under the beautiful sun of Denia - that is the big advantage to the hotel, where several crowds of people meet in a small space.

We are happy to make you an individual offer, also regarding the minimum period. You can always pay in 3 installments!!

Large villa with lots of space and large pool (not heated), outdoor kitchen, sauna, basketball hoop and new jacuzzi

With air conditioning in all rooms, heating, indoor sauna, and parking for up to 4 cars, inside a new large bathtub with jacuzzi and outside a large pool with new jacuzzi!!!

Enjoy your holidays in Denia. You have sea and mountain views from the house. Only 5 minutes by car to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service (except for rentals over 4 weeks). Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week are free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption. Extras on request for a fee: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur, etc. for a surcharge.

We also offer pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, talk to us.

Absolute Bliss

Do you like the idea of relaxing in the jacuzzi, drink in hand, with an amazing view leading down to the sea? Or cooking outdoors whilst the rest of your family and friends relax around the pool, and having to message others to come and eat because, quite frankly, you've lost track of where they are living within this enormous villa, where as we were being shown around during checking, the phrase "otro baño" kept being used. Well located on the outskirts of Denia, under the beauty of El Montgó Massif, and with amazing views in all directions. In just a few minutes you are at the nearest supermarket, and just a couple more and you are in the heart of Denia or at the port/marina - where amazing tapas and more can be found. The owners were super helpful throughout our stay, even helping us to arrange a local chef to cook and deliver a "full sized" paella to celebrate one of party's birthday. Would not hesitate to recommend or indeed stay again ourselves.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend

Alles war grossartig! Grosser Garten, Haus, auch warme Zimmer im Winter (Dezember/Januar), für Kinder geeignet. Genügend Sonne in dieser Jahreszeit. Sehr nahe am Montgo gelegen mit gutem Zugang für Wanderungen. Auch rasch in der Stadt Denia. Nur zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.
