  • Lovely apartment with two bedrooms in ground floor. Located in the Brisas de Mar II Urbanization, 1.5 km from Dénia and 50 meter from the Las Marinas beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, one in the main bedroom and the other in the hallway. A Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and direct exit to the terrace. Living room & dinning room with TV, Wiffi, air conditioning and heating and exit to the terrace. Large terrace with direct exit to the communal garden and swimming pool. The urbanization has paddle tennis court.

Vacances parfaites

Très bel appartement, bien situé en face d’un grand parc et près du centre ville. Belle vue sur la mer et le Montgo depuis les terrasses bien orientées. Très bon séjour, merci à Maria Josée qui a été à notre écoute. Super endroit.
