BRA BOENDE !!!

Riktigt bra boende, rymlig och trevlig villa. Mycket lugnt område. Man behöver bil för att handla, åka till stranden och till Denia centrum där alla restauranger och affärer finns. Vi har haft en mycket trevlig semester här.

CHARME VILLA IN DER NÄHE VON STRAND UND DENIA

Die Lage des Objekts ist ausgezeichnet mit einer Distanz von ca. 1km ins Zentrum von Denia und ebenfalls als guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Villa war sicher einmal eine tolle Charme- Villa, inzwischen sollten im Innenraum und am Pool Renovationsarbeiten ausgeführt werden. Dank der freundlichen Unterstützung der regionalen Agentur einige nicht funktionierende Installationen schnell zu beheben haben wir dennoch eine gute Ferienwoche verbracht.

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es sollten ein paar Geräte ausgetauscht und teilweise gewartet werden.

Fantastic spacious Villa with Lovely Pool

This is a lovely place. Very clean. Great views of the sea from the pool and patios. Comfortable lounge with big TV. There is even a piano. 3 comfortable rooms - 1 queen size double, 1 double and 1 twin room. 3 Bathrooms (1 with huge jacuzzi bath). Airconditioning throughout. Lots of space to sit outside - 1 dining area upstairs off the lounge, 1 by the pool under shade. Beautiful pool that was a nice temperature in June. Amazing extra kitchen by the pool with BBQ, fridge, hob and even a pizza oven. Also a toilet by the pool. Small kitchen with all the essentials. There is no oven if that’s important to you (you could use the pizza oven I guess). Location is good in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket and a Lidl within 5 minutes drive. It’s also a 15 minute walk to the beach. The property is up a short steep road but there is shaded parking and an electric gate. The checkin checkout process was easy with very friendly property manager. We had a terrific stay and would definitely come back.
