Inside, the apartment is cozy and comfortable with air conditioning and TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. It offers one bedroom with a double bed and balcony access, plus a sofa bed for two more guests. A bathroom with shower completes the space, and baby equipment is available on request. The building has an elevator and roof access for drying clothes. Only 500 meters from the beautiful Els Molins beach, famous for its golden sand and calm turquoise waters, this home is ideal for relaxation and water activities. The historic center of Denia is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can explore the castle, port, and enjoy local seafood cuisine. Parking for one car is included. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Pool hours and paddle court bookings are managed by the community.
