In addition, it has WiFi connection and television with satellite channels.The exterior offers a fully enclosed private garden of 1000 m², with garden furniture that invites you to enjoy outdoor moments. The property includes a private garage with space for 3 parking spaces, with a socket for an electric car (additional cost). The private swimming pool is 9x5 metres and there is a children's pool 30cm deep, ideal for cooling off on hot days.
