Beautiful chalet with fantastic mountain and sea panoramic view in the Monte Pego urbanisation with 1,200 m2 of mountainous land. The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door fridge. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets.
