Very beautiful air-conditioned and intimate villa, enjoying a private swimming pool. It can accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms on a beautiful plot with private swimming pool and terraces and a garden. The location: Denia is a welcoming town in Spain located at the foot of the Montgo Natural Park, on the Costa Blanca, between the cities of Valencia to the north at 110 km and Alicante to the south at 95 km, both served by an airport international. The three words that characterize the city could be: sea, mountain and castle.
This pretty villa in warm colors is on one level. It is located only 2 km from the beach and it offers you uncovered terraces: one where the private swimming pool is located, another, high up, accessed by an external staircase which offers you a beautiful view of the surroundings and a covered terrace at swimming pool level. The interior is decorated with a mix of beams and exposed stonework, in large functional spaces.
Areas and comfort: Living space of approximately 220 m². Total plot of approximately 800 m². Air conditioning: in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Washing machine. Free wifi Internet connection.
