Wonderful apartment in wonderful location!
Wonderful apartment, super clean, super well equipped even with beach towels and beach chairs! Amazing private terrace with hammock, sunbeds and fantastic views! Amazing Stay in Denia
This was our first time staying in Denia. Our host, Maria, was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place and recommendations for what to do during our visit. The place was beautiful, clean and within walking distance to all the sites. She even had wine chilled for us. The pool was huge! We even had a private patio with a hammock. I hope to come back again soon.

El apartamento está genial, especialmente la terraza, muy amplia con unas vistas estupendas. La piscina muy limpia y la zona tranquila pero cerca de todo.los dueños muy amables, nos indicaron rutas para hacer y conocer la zona.Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Wonderful!
Spacious and comfortable. This apartment had everything we needed including secure parking and an amazing swimming pool which despite being November we were able to use due to a spell of hot weather when we arrived. We met Maria and her husband Alejandro who were both welcoming and informative. We will definitely stay again and were so so sorry to leave.

Fabulous flat
Fabulous comfortable flat with amazing outside space. 5 minutes to the centre of town and the incredible restaurants and market. Also near castle with stunning views. A little further to the beach but great walking/cycling to be had on the miles of seaside promenade. Can’t imagine a better place to relax with views of the mountain + pool although cold (October) was a fantastic size. We all agreed - family with 2 teenage boys that this was one of our best holidays ever. Host Maria and her family were delightful and very helpful, giving us suggestions of things to see and do.

Unmatched luxury in Denia
A wonderful apartment just as the photos suggest with everything you need. The Hosts were welcoming and very helpful giving excellent advice on the area the best we have ever experienced. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and thank the hosts for allowing us to stay there The overall experience was fantastic.

Travelled to Denia with our two boys aged 13 and 9 and during our stay we also had other family members visit and stay. We were welcomed by Jose and Maria who were very helpful even taking us to the local supermarket so we didn’t have to carry heavy essentials for our stay. Maria spoke very good English and gave us very good information about Denia and the best places to visit during our stay. The apartment was very clean and big enough for everyone to have a comfortable holiday. The pool was always clean and we all thoroughly enjoyed it everyday. We would thoroughly recommend staying at the apartment to anyone wanting a great holiday in Denia.

Fantastic Holiday
The property was beautiful and we loved the huge terrace as well as the amazing views. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I must say that my 3 sons were ever so grateful to have the air conditioning! The hosts were so wonderful, and even though we were delayed in our arrival, as the plane was late and the rental car company kept us waiting over 2 hours, so our arrival was about 0230 and the hosts were there to greet us with smiles and even pizzas for the boys, some coca cola, wine and fizzy water. We felt spoiled and releived after a long journey. They then told us all about local attractions, the festival happening that weekend and showed us where to go on the map. This was great, as we had no idea that there was any local activities happening and we managed to see the Bulls into the sea, parade, and fantastic fireworks! We went to every place they recommended except Valencia, as we ran out of time. We did go to Aqualandia Water Park in Benidorm, Sea kayaking to explore the caves in Las Rotes, Jet skiing, a day trip on the boat to Javea, my 2 lads climbed the Montgo mountain, beaches, restaurants, the market, Guadalest resevoir, Las Fuentes del Algar, and a scenic drive to Javea on another day. We also visited local beaches and took lots of walks around Denia. We will definitely be back again soon. We would highly recommend this place to stay!! Thank you to the hosts and to home and away for a wonderful holiday!!!

Amazing apartment in Denia
We were very pleased with the location and condition of the apartment. It is a great location with only a short walking distance to the grocery store, waterfront and main street with shops and restaurants. It has a great deck with sun and shade areas and includes lounge chairs and a table. There is also a nice pool in the complex that my kids used daily. There is a full kitchen with all that is needed to cook meals. Our hosts, jose and Maria, were wonderful! Check in/out was very easy and they provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. They also left us a few items in the fridge including wine and brought us a special pastry for the local holiday. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Denia.

Fantastic!
We stayed at the property after looking for ages online to find the perfect one for our daughter’s first holiday and it did not disappoint! We have stayed in Denia many times over the past 5 years and this apartment suited our needs entirely. Maria (the owner) was brilliant and so accommodating for our 14 week old baby, ensuring we had 2 travel cots, one for inside and one for outside. The cleanliness of the apartment was second to none. Unfortunately, the hairdryer broke on our first evening, I messaged Maria and the next morning her husband had been shopping and brought me a brand new one! Not something you expect to happen, but exactly the service you will get from these two lovely people! The pool area is great, plenty of space and always kept clean and tidy. The location is great too. Close enough for a gentle walk into the centre and almost directly between the two lovely marinas. I can not recommend this property enough and will hopefully be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful first holiday for our daughter!

Absolutely fantastic
Had a lovely week at this gorgeous apartment. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and lacked nothing. The h Owners were a huge help and spent time at the start explaining where this were in the town, gave suggestions in terms of restaurants and information in terms of days out if we wanted to do that. They were a huge help and could not have done more for us. A brilliant find I am sure we will come back to.

Everything you need for an Enjoyable stay
On our arrival we were met Maria the owner . She was so welcoming and showed us around taking time to explain the local area giving recommendations of the best places to eat etc . The pool area was well maintained and extremely clean . The apartment have everything you need for a fantastic holiday . Having 2 balconies both over looking the mountains was great as they had the sun at different times throughout the day . Wi-fi worked well and the Smart TV came in handy when we had a day of rain . Maria is a Great host and popped over on my wife’s birthday with a bottle of Fizz .extremly thoughtful . We would highly recommend this property .

We started off with a 7 hour delay from the UK ,but were so thrilled that Maria was at the apartment to let us in. Even though it was now the early hours of the morning, Maria provided us with groceries, gave us a tour of the apartment and wonderful advice and information about Denia. Simply perfect!
The apartment is ground floor with a lift just outside in the lobby to take you to the underground car park so your car stays safe and cool. The property is decorated and provided with a high level of facilities. It’s suits those looking a home from home. Although the pool is shared it is maintained to a high standard and was quiet throughout our stay. Air con worked very well, comfy beds, kitchen well equipped and a great lounge space with smart TV and free WiFi. José and Maria took great care to show us around and recommended great site seeing and restaurants in the local area. The beach is beautiful and water was warm in June. Highly recommended, if it’s a 3 bed apartment you need then this is it with the town centre a brief 5 minute walk away, why wouldn’t you.

Fabulous Apartment in Denia
When we were looking for accommodation in the Denia area and found this apartment, I was very sceptical of the number of 5 star ratings – being a well seasoned self catering traveller I’ve learned that not everyone’s standards are the same. However, I can definitely say that this fantastic apartment deserves those 5 stars. On the ground floor it’s within easy reach of the beautiful Marina, dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. It couldn’t be better situated. There is access to a large swimming pool (unheated). It was very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with enough plates, cups etc to cater for at least a dozen people. Cleaning products and washing up liquids etc were all provided. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space – and lots of coat hangers! The beds and pillows were so comfortable I slept better than at home. The decked area outside is huge and a bit of a sun trap. There is a great municipal market just 5 minutes walk away and we mostly used this rather than the supermarkets. Even if you aren't shopping it's a must to go and see the various stalls selling local produce. On Fridays, the "farmers" market along the street gives you even more choice. What can I say about Jose and Maria other than they are probably the best hosts I personally have ever experienced. So quick to respond to any questions during and after the booking process. We were very grateful that they provided us with an additional hairdryer! On arrival we were given lots of information about local restaurants and the surrounding area. Jose even went to buy coffee for us as we couldn’t find the brand locally. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Well located apartment with beautiful terrace
We enjoyed a really wonderful stay at Maria's apartment, made to feel very welcome immediately by Maria and her husband, she supplied lots of information on where to visit and to eat. Dénia and its surroundings are lovely, we hired a car and there was easy parking outside the block also a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. The apartment is wonderful, very well located, quiet but only 5 to 10 mins walk from the town and sea front.Good walk along the seafront in Dénia and lovely town to explore, enjoyed the fresh fruit and veg market on Friday morning before we, reluctantly, set off for home.

This apartment is wonderful. It is very clean and has everything you need. The views of the mountain from the balcony are spectacular in the changing lights. There is safe underground parking at no extra cost. Maria is very welcoming and is a mine of information about Denia and the surrounding area. There is a sizeable swimming pool which is crystal clear. We did not use it as it was November. There is easy access to to centre of Denia on foot. We will be more than happy to use it again and highly recommend it.

The property was wonderful - very spacious, clean and in a prime location. The bathroom and ensuite were ideal for our 2 families and the balconies added extra comfort and perfect for dining at night. The owners were exceptionally helpful and caring - for example, they own the apartment below this one too and we would have had to have stayed partly in one and move to the other during our overall stay (due to other guests' bookings overlapping slightly). However, the owners contacted the other guests and organised the bookings so that we didn't have to move with our baby! We were so grateful. There were so many restaurants in Denia - at the Marina and in town - such a beautiful area. We will definitely return to the apartment.

Very well maintained apartment, a delight to stay in with views of the mountains and sea
WE really enjoyed staying in Denia and in the apartment which is well looked after and well provided for in terms of both the kitchen, towels etc and space. Maria introduced us to the flat and Denia in such a warm and welcoming way, highlighting what we might do and where we might eat ...many useful tips and far more helpful than a trip to the tourist information. WE would recommend the apartment and Denia with so much to do and see...a Spanish town with character and delicious food both to buy in the local indoor Mercado (a joy and full of atmosphere) and in eating out. Look out for the Monday night flamenco at Condado...we saw and heard Tomas De Los Carinos..fantastic performance ..ole

Geros kokybės internetas. Gerai, kad galėjome laikyti a/m požeminiame parkavime. Virtuvė su visais indais bei įrankiais. Netoli yra kelios maisto prekių parduotuvės ir kavinės. Apartamentai labai patogioje miesto vietoje, kelios minutės pėsčiomis tiek nuo paplūdimio, tiek nuo miesto centro. Na ir be abejo reikia pasakyti, kad retai sutiksi tokius nuoširdžius ir paslaugius šeimininkus, kadangi atvykome vėlai, šeimininkai pasirūpino mūsų pusryčių produktais :) bei suteikė visą mus dominančią informaciją apie lankytinas vietas bei galimas pramogas. Like, like, like !!! Būtinai čia sugrįšime :)

Just amazing in lovely Denia!
We have just returned from a one week stay at this wonderful apartment, in Denia. This apartment is modern, spacious, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen , and has an outstanding large terrace, which has a six-seater table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining, along with very comfy sun loungers to enjoy the sunny climate. Little touches, such as extra deck chairs to use around the lovely pool, was really nice. The master bedroom also has an area of the terrace which you can step out onto, with its own little table and chairs for some extra privacy. The mountain view from the terrace and the apartment is so peaceful and beautiful, and is a real plus as you can watch the changing colours of the mountain at various times of the day. Extra lovely first thing in the morning and at sun down. Ideally situated for the beach, marina and old town, with a supermarket nearby as well. A relaxing 10-minute stroll gets you everywhere. Maria and Jose could not be more helpful, and it's true to say that you are treated like family. They responded to all of our emails immediately before we came on holiday, and promptly organised our airport transfers and a trip to Valencia. On arrival, they both personally showed us around the apartment and gave us detailed maps of where to visit and eat, and their local knowledge of Denia, Valencia and the region in general is extremely impressive. If you have any odd queries when you're there, they deal with it straight away and are the ideal people to deal with when it comes to arranging a holiday. We will definitely be returning soon.

It was such a joy to stay in the apartment
The apartment was well situated near the middle of town but very quiet. We loved walking around town, going to the wonderful restaurants, watching the fishermen coming in with their catch and the people. The owners are gracious and so helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!!!

Exceptional Apartment
My wife and I enjoyed four weeks in this super clean, extremely comfortable apartment, in a great central vacation. Our hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. They provided us with extensive information on local activities and best restaurants. Our terrace view of the mountains was most pleasing. Restaurants, old town, the castle, and seafront walkway were all less than 10 minutes walk. Great trails for hiking, and superb restaurants added to the comfort of our great apartment and made our stay most memorable. We will return!

lovely holiday, can't fault anything
The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely terraces with sun loungers and great views of the mountains. The pool area looked nice and clean but we didn't use it as we holidayed in January. There is a parking space underground and the location of the apartment was great. 5 minute walk to the front, 10 to the harbour and marina and 10 to the old town and castle. Finally the owner Maria was there to greet us and show us the apartment then spent time telling us about all the best places to visit, the restaurants to go to and the surrounding area. She is a lovely and helpful lady & lives local so if you have any problems (we didn't) she will be there to help. She also came round on our departure day to collect the keys and make sure everything was ok for us.

Mjög góð íbúð
Allt stóðst, íbúðin er eins og á myndunum,nýuppgerð og mjög hrein og það fór vel um okkur 6 manna fjölskylduna. Gestgjafinn hún María er alveg frábær , svaraði öllum okkar fyrirspurnum og óskum hratt og örugglega og gerði allt til að gera dvöl okkar sem besta með að segja frá áhugaverðum stöðum í Denia og nágrenni. Íbúðin er vel staðsett upp á að geta labbað allt eins og á veitingastaði,á ströndina og í stórmarkaðinn. Fengum sérbílastæði í kjallaranum. Denia er mjög rólegur bær og manni líður mjög öruggum.Mælum með að fara til Valencia og einnig fórum við til Athea og er gamli bærinn mjög sjarmerandi með sætum galleríum og veitingastöðum. Við dvöldum 6 nætur eftir miðjan Október sem er off season tími og fann maður það alveg, ströndin fámenn ( veðrið var líka ekki sem best, skýjað og rigning nokkra daga) en mjög hlýtt og logn sem er frábært. Það er lítið Mall í útjaðri Denia ca 10 mín keyrsla sem var frábært einn rigningar daginn;)) María leigir einnig út íbúðir í Valencia og Athea sem við værum alveg til í að skoða næst þegar við komum til Costa Blanca.

Perfect accommodation, perfect location
The accommodation was of a very high standard, great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the nearby town and on the Marina. The apartment was large and perfect for my family (wife and 3 children), with a great patio area with hammock! Maria was a great host in sharing with us places to visit and settling us into the accommodation. Fully recommend apartment and Denia was lovely, great beaches and a fantastic place for running on the beach for miles or up in the trails.

First Class Apartment
We have recently spent twenty six nights at this fabulous accommodation & would like to thank our hosts Maria Fazia & Jose who went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. Our hosts provided us with information on the resort and surrounding areas which was a great help. Great property, very well equipped, perfect location to explore the city
We stayed in the property in June with a group of friends to celebrate a special Birthday, six of us in total. On arriving we were all very impressed with the size of the apt and the beautiful decking area outside. Everything was very clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. As there were three couples we were all supplied with colour co-ordinated towels which we thought was a lovely touch. There is a dish washer and washing machine. The pool is another added bonus when it is hot! You can be in the harbour within 5 minutes walking and the beach is about 15 minutes walk. The 'Campo' town centre was only 15 mins walk which has a fabulous selection of lovely Spainish restaurants and a Castle to explore. There is a rail station , again only 15 minutes walk which has a very good services and very reasonable priced to explore further afield. The owners Maria and Jose' were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Beautiful condo in the charming town of Denia
We had such a nice, relaxing time at this condo. Denia is a cute, small fishing town and it was nice to explore the local history in that area. The condo is large and was beautifully appointed. Lovely big deck with two chaises and a nice picnic table. So nice to have laundry so we could easily do our clothes without trudging into a laundry. Maria gives you some tremendous ideas of what to see locally as well as great restaurants. Didn't know before our trip that Denia is a gastronomics paradise! .We also rented a condo from Maria in Valencia and she is simply marvelous. She has thought of everything to make your stays enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (11 Jahre) in der Wohnung. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Blick auf den Montgo. Sogar der Gemeinschaftspool ist ungewöhnlich groß. Die Lage ist ein guter Kompromiß zwischen City- und Strandnähe. Fazit: uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können das Objekt bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Zum ersten Mal waren wir über Sylvester in Dénia. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer wunderbaren riesigen schön möblierten Terrasse . Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir bequem alles erreichen. Strand, Hafen, einkaufen, gut und lecker essen... Und das Wetter spielte auch noch mit. Also, was braucht man mehr 😀

Eine schöne Wohnung, nah am Zentrum.
Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben. Sie war super ausgestattet und es gab zwei schöne große Balkone, die wir auch im Winter nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt nah zum Zentrum. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal über Silvester mit 6 Personen in der Ferienwohnung von Maria und Jose und hatten erneut eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auf der großen Terrasse kann man toll entspannen. Meer und Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, für uns ein idealer Ort. Maria und Jose sind tolle Gastgeber, sie haben uns zahlreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
