Very cosy, very comfortable bungalow "Las Estancias", terraced. In the resort 3.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with plants and trees, natural garden (fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-23:00). Outdoor shower. Shop 850 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 280 m, bar 240 m, café 280 m, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 3.5 km, marina 3.5 km, surf school 2.6 km, sailing school 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Spacious and bright, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Klein maar fijn.

De woning staat in een zogenaamde urbanizacion, op loopafstand van het strand, in het leuke Denia. In een zeer rustige wijk. Het is zeer compleet ingericht, aan (bijna) alles is gedacht. De inrichting is prettig en niet onbelangrijk, met goede bedden.

todo perfecto!

Fuimos con nuestro perro por tres noches y la casa es tal como aparece en las fotos. Para cuatro es perfecta y estaba todo muy limpio. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario tanto como el resto de la casa! Hay dos terrazas pequeñas una que da al jardín de la urbanización y otra terraza privada. La playa a 5 min de pie y el centro de Denía 10 min en coche. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero llamamos y se solucionó el día siguiente. El checkout a las 10 h me parecía muy pronto.

Entspannung pur

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles entsprach den Angaben im Internet. Die Anlage liegt nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung genügend vorhanden. Für Teenager mit hohen Fun-Erwartungen eher nicht geeignet. Für Leute welche abschalten und sich erholen wollen sehr zu empfehlen.
