Villa 'Vista 28' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Enjoy your vacation in this charming villa in a prime hillside location in Dénia - with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, the Montgó and the city's castle. The 1,500 m² plot borders a Mediterranean garden and offers complete privacy.



The wing of the villa for rent is spread over two floors. Upstairs there is an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom. The furnishings are traditional Spanish with dark pine wood and light-colored tiles.



The Mediterranean garden with oleander, bougainvillea and palm trees offers numerous retreats - with sea views under palm trees or sheltered from the wind in the courtyard. Enjoy meals on the covered terrace with a view of the city lights. Sun loungers, a large dining table and a barbecue are provided.



The pool is located below the terrace with wonderful views of the sea and Montgó.
