Beautiful apartment with direct access to the beach
For last minute cancellation available from August 12 to 26. Beautiful apartment, on the ground floor with a large terrace with awning and direct access to the pool. July and August rent for fortnights as a minimum. Small urbanization, 50 meters from the sandy beach, with direct access through a pedestrian path (you do not have to cross the Las Marinas road). Two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment has a large living room with air conditioning (there is no sofa bed). Independent kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and microwave. Wifi, bars, main room with ceiling fan and mosquito net, covered parking space within the urbanization. Small and quiet urbanization, ideal for families with children. Beach with beach bar, in the area there are several restaurants and a supermarket 500 meters away.
