Possibly the best hotel in town. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and well designed, rooms were clean and spacious. All rooms have the great view. Lobby was well designed and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with good service. I will visit again.

The hotel is super strict about outside food yet their own breakfast contained spoiled fruit and provide minuscule water to the guest. The staff cannot speak English and unable to assist when issues rise unless you spoke Turkish. The hotel staff don’t know how to map request made via phone calls to room number causing request to be missed or disturbances to the wrong room. The staff behave super strangely, we were woken up at 5am for someone else’s wake up call and for some reason they don’t call the phone for the room but bang on the door. The hotel is not worthy of 5 stars rating, had better experience at roadside motels

And very disappointed! At 2 o’clock in the morning, I did not notice my room was occupied previously. It was not properly clean. The bedsheets was not changed when I addressed that issue. They didn’t care. They acted like they did, but in reality did not at all.! From previous experience when you checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning, you pay half of the price, not in this hotel… I had issues with stuff missing from my room. Headphones were on my night table never could find…. Then they raised our conversation in my portal, that was interesting. I spoke to a manager, and everyone was so nice to my face and minutes I left. Nothing was down. All the promises were a lies …

Odalar son derece temiz, modern ve ferah. Yatakların rahatlığı, banyo malzemelerinin kalitesi ve odanın atmosferi dört dörtlüktü. Personel güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi, ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde hızlıca çözüm üretti. Kahvaltıdan da bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim! Sunulan ürünlerin tazeliği ve çeşitliliği etkileyiciydi. Hem yerel tatları hem de klasik seçenekleri bulmak mümkün. Denizli’ye yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih etmenizi öneririm. Otel merkezde heryere yakin yeni açılmış temizliği gayet iyiydi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Spa merkezi var diye gitmiştik ama henuz açılmadığını varinca öğrendik onun dışında herşey mükemmeldi. Artık Denizli'ye kaymaya gittiğimde tercih edeceğim ilk yer oldu
