A stunning one acre property with a Karri tree-lined river reserve at the bottom of your garden and winding walk trails into the picturesque town of Denmark. Open plan living, Tasmanian Oak floors, reverse-cycle air conditioning, superb presentation and an elevated all year outdoor entertaining area. It also has a wonderful edible garden, dotted with fruit and nut trees and berries.
An open-planned living area with two wings on opposite sides of the house consisting of an adults bedroom & children's room in each wing, ideal for 2 families or larger/extended family. A spacious family/entertainment area with a large Smart TV & wood fire.
Enjoy the Spa bath in the ensuite bathroom, Aircon in the main living area with Wifi and a selection of games provided.
All linen & bath towels are supplied - except beach towels
Accommodates up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: * 2 x Single beds are children's size beds not suitable for adults. Bunk bed and can accommodate kids, teenagers & medium sized adults.
* Denmark River is accessible from back yard, young children need to be supervised.
Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

Very comfortable house in beautiful surroundings. It was a pleasure to deal with the people from Southern Coast Escapes. I recommend to book directly with them.
Property had good facilities was easy to find and beautiful outlook. The log fire was wonderful. Comfy beds, great advise friends the property manager on good wineries near by.
Throughly enjoyed our stay and will move back!
Twin gums was an excellent place for us to get away and recharge. Its close enough to the Down of Denmark to easily access to shops but far enough out of town to feel like you are well into the countryside. Denmark in general is a great place to escape the intense summer heat and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Twin Gums
Very comfortable home with a large garden. Located in a quiet location not far from town. Has a large garden surrounding it - so plenty of space for kids to run around in. Very clean and kept in a good condition. Although next door to a caravan park you would not know it was there and absolutely no noise from it. Can highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay at this property. It has two wings with bedrooms and bathrooms in each wing. The beds are comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The lounge area is set up really well and the couch is incredibly comfortable! The smart TV was easy to operate. It's also one of the most kid friendly places we've stayed.
The lounge has a split system which kept us warm and the oil heaters worked surprisingly well in the bedrooms.
But the best thing about this property was waking up, making a coffee and sitting out on the deck with the beautiful view of the trees and hearing all the birds. Sublime!

T V setup could be changed as it is too difficujt to navigate. Should have been able to connect directly to free to air channels, not go through the rigmaroll of 3 divices and still not get them. Property needs some maintenance can not use outdoor area if it is raining as gutters pour water in at back door.
