This 3 story, brand new free-standing duplex features a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan with fireplace family room, 4 bedrooms in lower level, two primary suites with private balcony’s on the third floor, and a deck for entertaining or just plain relaxing. These units are rented together as part of a 2-unit Cape style home built in 2012. The second floor is your living space. Each floor consists of a bathroom as well. Deeded access to the private association Bayview Beach is just a few steps away. Book this property today! Your Cape Cod beach escape is waiting for you!!! Dogs considered with an added fee. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

It has plenty of room, location is perfect, beach is wonderful. We were happy to see that the screens were fixed and new chairs added to the dining area. Also great to have beach chairs available.

Extraordinary Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided the perfect location and accommodations for our family, which included three generations. Multiple levels, gave us enough room for personal space with plenty of opportunities to create family memories. The deck was an easy way for three oldest grandchildren to visit each other. Proximity to the beach was a great benefit of this property. Many mornings the parking lot was full at 9am. This was the perfect vacation spot, and we look forward to vacationing here again!

Beautiful home in East Dennis

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at this house. The location is unbeatable, right on bayview beach (you do need to cross through the parking lot to get to the beach but that’s not an issue). We had 11 people staying at the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house’s overall condition has deteriorated over the past year with several window screens missing or broken which prevent you from keeping the windows open as bugs will come in. additionally when we checked in there were ants all over the kitchen and fruit flies which required us to do extra cleaning. The home is up for sale now so we guessed the current owners weren’t looking to invest any additional dollars prior to selling the home. That being said, Dennis is a beautiful town and this house is a great place to stay and make home base for one week while exploring the cape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, great house, perfect weather. We reported problems right away: screens needing replacement, cracked window, broken outside umbrella. Last year there were more beach chairs. I wish we could get in a little earlier and out a little later.

This was a truly awesome property! It was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen. The view of the Bay is truly amazing and loved just walking a few steps to the beach! We all want to return to this home again and wished we had more time! Met the owner and he was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
