"The resort itself is very nice. Private beach, hot tub and pool were very well maintained. The unit that we were given did not at all match the pictures on the website. We had booked a one bedroom suite. The unit given was on two levels with a spiral staircase. The bedroom was upstairs. The bathroom and kitchen areas were on the first floor. Based on pictures on the website, we had no reason to expect our room to be laid out like this. I complained at the front desk, and they did offer assistance. The employee Aiden at the front desk did everything in his power to help us come up with a solution. So thankful Aiden was working the front desk. We had booked through Expedia and after many many long phone calls I finally gave up on a trying to get a partial refund, but I feel like we are owed something. I feel that Expedia the booking site needs to fix this."

"We had a great time with the family on Cape Cod for Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating even answering on the holiday when we locked ourselves out. The place is literally on the beach. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset this time of year. Perfectly placed mid cape to access wherever you want to go. Great rooms with sweeping views. Best spot on the cape"
