  • Adorable three bedroom cottage with open living/dining area- filled with beachy décor. Only .8 mile to popular Glendon beach on Nantucket Sound. Large deck with plenty of outdoor seating, wood fire pit, and gas grill. Other amenities include TVs in two bedrooms and living room (streaming services only), WIFI, mini split ac units in living room and bunk room, and washer/dryer.

    Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location , beautiful house, lots of amenities,Great fire pit , back deck great for reading, love the outdoor shower.Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs noise fixed on higher speed, and side Gate latch wasn’t staying shut , but overall great great great house.Would recommend to family and friends, would rent again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at this adorable home in August 2024. It was quite evident the owners take great pride in their home with their attention to detail, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, spacious outdoor shower, beautiful rear deck patio, and fire pit. We were a bit disappointed of the distance to the beach, it's not walkable with kids. Although, an easy bike ride to Joey's Pizza, Dog House, and Sundae School Ice Cream, which are all a must try. We had an amazing time at this property, and would recommend to friends and family.
