Located just a half-mile from Dennis Port Center and Inman Road Beach, this cozy Cape Cod cottage is ideally suited for a relaxing family holiday. When you're not cruising the Cape, enjoy your private slice of paradise in the furnished yard featuring a picnic table, a gas grill, and a cornhole game. There's even an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after trips to the beach. During your stay, a beach wagon, chairs, and children's sand toys are also provided.

The bright and inviting interior comes thoughtfully appointed for contemporary home comfort. Enjoy casual downtime with board games or movies in the living room. Plan and prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the mighty full kitchen. Window air-conditioner units are equipped to cool the home. Additional perks include free WiFi.

61 Summer Str Dennisport
The check in instructions for openning the door using the keypad were not accurate. We had to contact vrbo to get a physical key from the lockbox. Please make sure the keypad instructions are relevant to the currently installed keypad brand. We had an issue with the bathroom and contacted vrbo. It took 5hrs to send over maintenance. The house needs some updating especially in the kitchen. It would be great to install washer/dryer. The blankets were not washed. Thankfully I am from MA and I brought my own blankets. What if I had to fly? The neighborhood and yard were great! We enjoyed out stay!

Great Summer Spot
The house was perfect for 5 friends! It’s located one mile from a couple of different beaches. Local restaurants and bars were In walking distance. The outdoor shower, backyard and grill were all great!
