Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and spacious. Perfect location and distance from the beach. We did have a hard time with hot water in the shower. Aprox getting 10-12 minutes total.

Cute, clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this cottage twice and will stay again! The cottage was very clean upon arrival. The bed in the primary bedroom was replaced this year (2023) and was very comfortable, but it is a full size which is very small. The livingroom and kitchen furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for dishes, pots and pans, etc. The porch furniture is very old, uncomfortable wicker, which makes the porch mostly unusable. There is only 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. Our group was 3 adults, and the 1 bathroom worked fine for us. Laundry is in the basement and is conveniently accessed from the kitchen. The yard is tiny, but is fenced in. Like most of Dennisport, the house behind is very close (probably less than 20 feet), but the neighbors were very quiet. Dennis is a great location if you want to explore the Cape-15 minutes to Hyannis, 25 minutes to the National Seashore beaches and about 45 to Provincetown. Overall, it is a great little cottage in a quiet neighborhood.

A nice place on the Cape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything you need for a week vacation on the Cape. Near the beaches, restaurants and attractions. The house was very clean and provided everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Portable air conditioners provided relief on some of the humid days. The sunroom was a nice place to sit at night and enjoy the cool breezes. We had a fantastic week. The MB had a queen bed rather than the full bed that was listed, so I enjoyed the extra room.
