If you are still looking for your perfect vacation this home is ready for you to feel the ocean breeze and sand between your toes! Featuring two spacious decks facing the water, this home is one of a kind. As a guest of this community you will have access to the Clubhouse, Fitness Center and heated swimming pool. Beautifully decorated in contemporary beach decor, this three bedroom sleeping 8 boasts an open layout with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Featured amenities include split unit air conditioning in the family room, dining area and main level bedroom. Split Unit Ac also in 2nd level queen bedroom. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, enclosed outside shower and Wi-Fi. Televisions are streaming services only, no cable.

Special Note: YOU MUST BOOK THIS HOME IN TWO WEEK INCREMENTS. NO ONE WEEK RENTAL PERIODS PER HERITAGE SANDS ASSOCIATION.THERE IS ALSO AN ADDITIONAL RESORT FEE OF $150/WEEK.

Cape Cod Ocean Front Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely setting. House is relatively new and has every convenience. The one issue was there was no working barbecue grill. The rental office said that had they known, they would have provided one. The rental office was not particularly helpful when we arrived. You get the sense that they are just processing folks.
