STEPS TO THE BEACH! Fantastic cottage just 300 feet to a shared private beach at the end of the street. Central air conditioning and cable TV. One bath with stand up shower only and three bedrooms. Outside has an enclosed shower, patio and a swing, gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and lawn furniture.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week ,clean and comfortable beds, although it was a small cottage we liked the close walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a deck or patio with an umbrella. When we arrived propane tank was empty and picnic table bench broken, called Marta Murray office and it was quickly repaired and tank replaced, grateful for the outdoor shower,the inside shower was too small.

Reviewer Comments: All good, a couple of little things:yard table, one of the seats broken.trash was not picked up before we got there and not until we left.House used to have little things we might need, salt, soaps,paper towels,toilet papers,some cleaning stuff. This time had nothing!!! Still love this house though!!
