This one story home features an open concept living room that overflows into the dining area. The galley kitchen is equipped with stackable washer/dryer.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, enclosed outside shower, gas grill, cable TV and WiFi just to name a few. In addition, there is an additional outdoor bonus room in the rear of the house with TV and sitting area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortable and clean. The set up was a little odd, and access to the back yard was awkward. Outside shower was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and roomy. The air conditioning was very much appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Some of the kitchen utensils and microwave could use updating but the kitchen was an adequate size. The much needed clothesline is there but hidden behind a tree.The property is a good location, convenient to beaches and restaurants.Martha Murray Realty is always very responsive to any questions or concerns with their properties.
