"Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! The location is right on the beach in a well established quiet neighborhood. The property grounds are well maintained with two pools, indoor and out. Unfortunately we were a little early in the season to enjoy either during our stay. The private beach was not set up but beautiful soft sand and a safe place to swim and walk. Our suite across the street had a lovely patio area where I spent a fair amount of time. The small kitchenette was fully stocked with a good size fridge. I would highly recommend this lovely resort to my friends if they were looking for to visit the Cape. It was so easy to go everywhere we wanted during our five day midweek holiday"
"We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes! Clean! Seems simple enough, but we've never had that on the Cape before, so we were thrilled. Knowing that you're laying your head on a clean pillow after a long day at Race Point Beach holds a tremendous amount of weight. And you can't beat the location. We will happily be back! Thanks so much to the staff! Clearly, you all rock! The magic of the Cape gets us every time and now, we have a hotel that matches that magic. 🌊♥️ #grateful #finally"
"Sapphire, Jason, and Leah all made me feel so welcome with my stay! They were working hard to take the Cross Rip from hibernation to open for summer Cape travel.
My room smelled a little musty, like low tide, but nothing to complain about. I just opened my balcony door to air the room out.
It was certainly clean. Clean bathroom, clean bedding. Clean landscaping. And what a treat to be right on the water. I could enjoy each sunrise and sunset from my balcony with the soundtrack of the waves. I hope to be back"

"Beautiful view. If you’re looking for the perfect view, this is it! Very nice place. Small, but just right for two and your pups. Larry and Shadow were gracious hosts. We enjoyed our time with them, and would highly recommend his place. The cottage had everything you need for the perfect Cape Cod stay. Thank you again, would love to stay in touch and return.Annmarie, Mark, Harwich & CC"
