Nice people but the place and service needs work

Room was well kept and tidy, bathroom was not as nice as the room, could use a redesign, also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, this is a must for tourists. There is not hot water in the shower, also a must. The entrance was a bit difficult to locate from the taxi. Also when asking the hotel to provide shuttle from airport included as advertised they instructed me to get my own transport, I was then scammed by an airport non metered taxi driver who demanded I pay Rp650.000 which I later found out was over 30 TIMES WHAT THE PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN for that trip, not a good first impression of Bali at all, airport taxi people are scum of the earth and make Bali look bad. People at the hotel were nice but little to no English, also there was no access to wifi and they did not know the password. Also I wouldn’t call it a hostel there weren’t really any other travellers there and didn’t seem like the place for it. Price was reasonable for a night to stay but the place and service needs work for sure. Bed is great, very comfy, had a good sleep.

Excellent hôtel

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Possibilité de louer un scooter à l hôtel. Hôtel central permettant de découvrir les villes environnantes avec un scooter. Chambre propre, joliment decoré et moderne. Cuisine commune. En bref on se sent comme à la maison.

No hot water in the shower.

Generally it was a nice simple place to stay, but I couldn't have a hot shower.
