Wir haben uns nur teilweise bis gar nicht im RedDoorz wohl gefühlt. Das Personal konnte kein Englisch sprechen. Dies machte die Kommunikation sehr träge . Außerdem kam erschwerend hinzu, dass die Fähigkeit die eigene Sprache zu lesen und zu schreiben beim Hotelbesitzer nicht vorhanden waren. Er wirkte stets abwesend und desinteressiert. Zu Beginn klappte auch der Reinigungsservice nicht. Erst Tage später wurde nach zwei Fehlversuchen und einem klärenden Gespräch das zimmerst gereinigt. Für indonesische Verhältnisse war wenigstens der Wohnbereich in Ordnung. Nur der Schimmel an einer der Zimmerecken, der Nasszelle und ein leicht muffig-fauler Geruch machten uns das Leben schwer. Was uns aber gar nicht gefallen hat war der Veranstaltungsplatz an der Front des Gebäudes. Hier übten täglich am Abend bis tief in die Nacht Handballer die sehr ausgiebig gebrüllt und gelacht haben. Mehrmals über den Tag verteilt gaben Trommler ein Konzert zum besten, dessen Trommelfeuer uns auch jetzt noch im Kopf die letzten Nerven raubt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
