"We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Room was upgraded. Amazing. Pillows doubles and big and comfy. The bed was firm but comfy. Aircon worked well and the room was cleaned daily and bed made. Restaurant onsite with western and Indonesian choices. We had complimentary buffet breakfast daily. The restaurant was great and staff so friendly and helpful. Pool shallow but nice and quiet. The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in a bustling busy environment. Couple of blocks walk to the beach if you’re confident or get a cab. Easy "

"We had an amazing stay. While The facilities are a little tired they were still quality and the staff were exemplary. We had a beautiful surprise for our birthday with the room decorated with balloons and rose petals and a cake along with flowers requested by my daughter which they organised."

"Clean hotel in the heart of Sanur. Wonderful staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Close to restaurants. Arranged an airport shuttle for us and took that worry away. We wish we had stayed in Sanur longer."
