Friendly staff, easy check in. Any requests to front desk were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also good that there is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site. Restaurant/bar had a limited menu but the food is excellent as was the service.

The location was great. Restaurants were close. What I did not like was the food of the restaurant. Someone in the adjacent room was smoking pot for 2 night. I informed the front desk but I don't think they had security to address the problem. There is no manager onsite.

bar next door to hotel which is helpful so you don't have to walk to 16th street mall staff is friendly. easy check in, when we got into town and was able to check in 30 min. early.

Hotel was conveniently located downtown, but the massive pile of puke in the elevator and the desk clerks inability to find cleaning supplies to clean it up was a bit discomforting.

This hotel was very close to the convention center and walkable to several places to eat. It was clean and safe. They had coffee in the lobby daily and warm chocolate chips cookies that were a nice treat. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. I do wish the pillows were fiee and the bathroom has better lighting. They were able to accommodate a late check out so I didn't have to rush to check out after my conference was over. Overall, I would stay here again. .

Rooms need to be updated, the bed was awful and hard. The furniture was old and carpet was dirty. At least the tv was updated. Outside of that hotel was not bad for a budgeted stay.

Walking distance to all the options downtown Denver has to offer- food/drinks, shopping. Parking is one of the cheapest options around. Safe. Convenient.

The hotel was great and clean. The parking on the other hand was terrible. The front entrance is not well marked and is in an alley more or less.

Disappointing ammenities
Traveling with a family of 13, there are two main things I look for, a pool and free breakfast included. Online, both of these things were listed as part of the amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn. When we first got there, the kids changed into their swimsuits only to find out there is no pool. There was even a picture of one on the hotel's website! The next disappointment was the next morning when we went down for breakfast only to find out it would be $20 per person when I understood it was included in the price. The rooms property was clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Malia at the front desk.

Do not stay here! There was a homeless man in the lobby literally giving himself a towel bath and the staff did not care. WiFi didn’t work and once again, they didn’t care. No hot water, ditto. Absolute disgrace Stay next door at any of the other options!!!

That is incorrect, we have on call security that can remove people from our lobby. Wifi is up and running if you are having issues contact someone at the desk to help you get logged in.
