Courteous Staff, Continental Breakfast sufficient spacious room. But the room was not entirely clean. There was popcorn, bottle caps / can lid under the sofa. The water was not draining in the wash basin.

Hyatt Place Denver Downtown
This is a great place to stay if you need to be downtown. Friendly and helpful staff all around. We were there on a Saturday night and parked street side at a meter. Metered spots are free after 10pm and all day Sunday. In general the hotel is very good for an overnight stay.
