Great location on the west side of Denver!

We stayed here two nights for a wedding in Evergreen. It was a perfect location with lots of great restaurants nearby and great shopping. The house was very clean and had one of the best kitchens we've had in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place, great location

Hector's place is clean, easy to access and in a great location if you plan to visit the mountains. Many restaurants and options close by. We enjoy the stay and would come back.

Wonderful Property

What a great VRBO property! We went to see the Broncos play and this home was centrally located not only to the stadium but also to restaurants and shopping. The check in and out process was as easy as it gets. The house was immaculate and the layout was perfect for what we needed for our family of 6. The poker game they had was a hit! We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!

Great house in Lakewood

Stayed for a couple of nights with my two adult sons while in town for a wedding. House was great - very comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to grocery/shopping. Hector was easy to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Great getaway spot

Property was in great shape and in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly (while walking dogs) and back porch was a great place to relax. Owner was super prompt in replying to questions and house was located about 15 minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location

This house was perfect for our family of 3 and would have easily fit a couple more. Close to all the amenities, as well as fantastic restaurants and grocery stores. And a very easy drive to downtown Denver, Morrison and even Colorado Springs. It was our base hub for 7 days and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Friends gather for Red Rocks show

Getting in was a breeze. Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet. House was older but nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with kit, pans, coffee. The only complaint was there was a need for attention to the yard and the patio was crumbling. Overall good stay.

Location, location!

I booked this home to attend a Red Rocks concert. It turned out to be a great location. Plus grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The home was very clean. It had a nice upgraded kitchen with everything we needed. Hector was very responsive. The home just needs some TLC. But we would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. What a beautiful home! Very clean, plenty of room. It was like a brand new home! Next time we are in this area, this will be the only place we stay.

This place was absolutely great. Next time I am in Denver, this house will be the first option I seek for lodging. Host was very easy going and made the entire process very easy to navigate. The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room within the house. Overall, 10/10. Nothing bad to say whatsoever.
