Welcome to Rockleys, a fully renovated vintage motel! During your stay, please enjoy our freshly tiled bathrooms, coffee area & bistro table within each room. Conveniently located between our units are park benches for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the beautiful Colorado weather.
Coming mid-spring 2022, head across the parking lot to our brand new outdoor space. Our area will be equipped with fire pits, seating arrangements and a water feature. We look forward to your stay!

Cute little place

Everything was clean and fresh. The bistro table was cute but the chairs were uncomfortable for me as I'm a larger person. Could use a small couch. The bed was comfy. Maybe bring your own pillow though because the ones provided were very flat.

It was nice. The room I had wasnt totally cleaned by the time i got in (hair on the wall in the shower). Other than that, it was nice. Very accomodating really appreciated my host. Cool spot too.

We did not get to stay here as the host never sent me check in info even after I sent messages and called her. I had to contact VRBO and they did not get a response either;(

It was fine.

You get what you pay for. It was clean and the host was responsive and kind. No soap to wash your hands. No shampoo. Nothing. And only two towels. Coffee and a pot but no filters. First time I have stayed at a VRBO that did not have basic essentials like hand soap. Would not stay here again but it was also extremely inexpensive so perhaps my expectations are too high.

We had to wipe down the bathroom door jam...looked like a blood or fecal mark on it. Communication from property host was only the access code to the entry door. No wifi code provided. I messaged the host for wifi information with no reply. We finally asked a housekeeper that was cleaning another unit for wifi information & he provided us with a laminated property information card. This card was not in our room. We would have no idea as to what the check-out requirements were our unit.
