Super location! Great access to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Olde Town Arvada and the mountains. You’ll be ideally located to amenities, sites, skiing, golfing or hiking. Easy access to I-70, I-76 and I-36 to Boulder. 20 minutes to Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum and the Downtown Aquarium. Minutes to the RTD Arvada Ridge Station (the Gold Line), which takes you directly to downtown Denver Union Station (or drive there in 20 minutes!) and many other destinations.
Very comfortable, spacious home sleeps 12 with 7 beds (one with a KING bed) and 3 bathrooms. When you are not out on adventures, you’ll have plenty of space to relax at the house and super-fast Xfinity internet.
On the main floor is a huge family room, kitchen, dining room, game area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker plus pods, hand mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, cutting boards, spice rack and butcher block knife set in addition to plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, measuring cups and silverware. Just add food!
Black-out blinds and quality pillow-top and memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The basement provides additional privacy and includes air hockey, desk with executive chair, a 2nd family room with smart tv – perfect for multiple families traveling together, teens or large groups. There is also a spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a full bath. The Wifi is Xfinity’s top speed for effective connectivity. The laundry room is also located on this level and features new high-end washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and spend your evenings relaxing in the privacy of the fenced-in backyard. The backyard offers a furnished deck, partially covered and partially open. Enjoy outdoor games in the beautiful courtyard area, or just relax and enjoy the perennials in the raised beds. The outdoor space is perfect for diving into your favorite novel or enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunsets or grilling on the seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Downtown Golden offers Coors’ Breweries and tours, 4 craft breweries, quaint shops, the Colorado School of Mines and more. The acclaimed Arvada Center for the Performing Arts is only 5 minutes. This is an ideal location for concert-goers, golfers, hikers, bicyclists, skiers. Only 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Fossil Trace, Indian Tree, Applewood, Hyland Hills and Legacy Ridge are all nearby for golfing. Hiking options are endless. World-class ski resorts are only 1-1.5 hours away.

Comfortable family-friendly home

The location of this property was perfect for our family visit to Denver - Water World, Zoo, and museums. The home was family friendly, allowing our group of 6 adults and 3 small children to be together without feeling crowded. Having a high chair and pack n play available was very convenient. The home was well stocked with many small amenities - a hot beverage station, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo and body soap, and more- that make the stay more comfortable. Communication and response with our host was quick and always cordial. We would definitely recommend this property for families visiting the Denver area.

Great Multi-family House

Well-stocked kitchen, towels and linens, bathroom accessories, outdoor grilling, very quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the downstairs privacy and separate tv room. Very functional and comfortable family room furnishings.

Perfect for a family of all ages

My husband and I stayed here with 4 of our adult children. With all of the eating areas and the open concept of the living space, we were able to host Thanksgiving with additional family members that were in town. The house is very spacious with plenty of sleeping and living areas. It was perfect for our needs. Pam was outstanding at making sure all of our needs were met. If we plan another stay in Arvada, I hope this home is available.

Family Vacation

Overall a nice vacation rental!! We had a great visit to the Denver area and the house was a great place for us to recharge each day. Kids enjoyed the air hockey table, living areas were nice to relax and house was well stocked with things we needed throughout the week. Only knocks would be it could use some better pots and pans and the bed in the master was cratered on each side.

Accommodates groups well!

This house worked well for a family wedding and holiday gathering space. Grandparents on main floor (still a couple steps required), teens and young adults in the basement. Lots of places to eat, play games and visit when extra family (15 total) came for an afternoon. Pam was very responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks!

Wonderful home, great location

We stayed here for a week using the house as our base camp while we explored the surrounding area. The house was very clean and nicely stocked. I love a host who provides a coffee bar! The furniture was also upscale and comfortable. The back yard has a lovely covered deck and seating section. The host responded quickly and was available but we simply had no problems. It was a great place and I would definitely return.

Comfortable and spacious

This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too.

Wedding For my son in Idaho Springs

Loved having a VRBO to stay in to host small dinner reception for out of town friends attending the wedding of my son, Pam was super supportive and responsive when the local over air Guide did not show Olympics, sent over someone to register for the Peacock channel so we could have olympics on and they even went to get an extra propane tank in case we ran out on the one already attached. Loved the open multi-room setting and chance to catch up with friends we haven't seen in in years. For us, great location and easy access for the short drive to Idahoe Spirngs outdoor wedding venue.

Wonderful property and host, perfect stay

We needed a place that accommodate adults and tweens/teens for a few days and this place was perfect! The downstairs area with the bunk beds fit all the non-adults perfect, and allowed them a separate place to hang out and have some independence. The first floor had everything you could need with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Anything you could ever need or want was at the property. It was well organized, clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and highways, but on a quiet residential street. Close to Boulder and Denver.The owner had great communication, making sure check in was easy. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. She responded quickly and was very professional. Instructions were all over the house and things were clearly labeled. Check out was very clear and easy. Overall would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it 10/10 times.No complaints whatsoever!

Great house and location

3 families, adults and children ranging from 10-3 stayed in the home and it met all our needs. Plenty of seating, beds and room to not feel crammed. Well stocked and close to many stores, restaurants, parks and downtown Denver. The power went out in the neighborhood on our second night and Pam was wonderful in helping us out.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was quiet, clean, well decorated and fully equipped. The host was an excellent and proactive communicator, checking in regularly to make sure had what we needed. The location is convenient and easy to get to from different parts of the Metro area. The neighborhood is cute and apt for taking kids to the park, going for a walk or run, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Arvada - January 2025

We stayed in the property for a family weekend gathering in Arvada. The home was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. It's only a short drive to Olde Towne Arvada. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent Property

This property is fairly close to downtown Denver and is in a safe neighborhood. We loved the inside had plenty of places to sit and relax. The Check out process is the easiest i have ever dealt with. Pam the owner is awesome. Overall 100% recommend staying here.

This is a great location! It has plenty of updates and lots of room. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we felt extremely comfortable. Pam is great and she will take good care of you. A+!!
