Lovely Stay in Arvada

Really enjoyed our stay here! Super convenient location near all the spots on the West side we wanted to hit. Grateful for a pet friendly spot so our fur babies could join in the fun. Don’t hesitate to stay at Jeff’s place.

Cozy and Pet Friendly

The location suits us. We found the neighborhood quiet and conveniently located to pretty much everything you'd want or need with a great big backyard that was perfect for letting my 3 dogs run and play. We'd definitely stay again. The host Jeff, was very accommodating and answered messages immediately. Well done

Perfect cozy stay

First off, the theme of this bnb was so cute, it was COW THEMED! My two toddler girls loved fining all the cows and making sure we knew what noise they made. This house was the perfect size for our short stay of a week. The backyard was amazing for our dog to run around and get all of his energy out. There was even a nice setup for us to sit out back and have a few of our meals while watching the girls run around with our dog. Also the linens smelled AMAZING, it was so nice slipping into a huge king sized bed that first night to such a fresh scent. There was also a AMAZING park right down the street to walk our dog with and amazing playground. Very clean and lovely stay. Would highly recommend!

This is a great little spot, with incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts! Willing to do just about anything to make your stay comfortable, but NOT nosy or ever appearing during your stay - one of the best features of booking with Vrbo, ha! Very pet friendly! It's a gorgeous place that's very tastefully decorated with modern amenities. Comfy beds, lots of linens & towels. Our two fur-babies absolutely loved the yard! It's very large! A word of caution, however, the fence is chainlink & needs some work to make it a more secure for doggos. Extra caution if your pup is a digger, as the yard is all gravely. A couple of reviews mentioned that the place was not clean... I guess they have 87 Roombas running nonstop in their homes haha I've cleaned professionally in a past life, & I know what to REALLY look for: toilet seat hinges, run a finger on the top of the closet doorframe for dust, or simply look under beds. It's pristine! The review complaining about the corners of the baseboards?? Those are scuff marks from the vacuum cleaner, or the mop. It's very clean. My only 'negative' thing to note? You sleep 8 people, sure. But you're sleeping as couples, & 2 go to the sofa bed, 2 on the air mattress, & one bathroom. One bathroom. I wouldn't haha It's very easy to access I-70, but also just as easy to get around Arvada's abundant shops, restaurants, activities, etc. DoorDash & such are also available. We'll be back often, as our eldest daughter just moved to the area. Thank you!

We wanted to stay in a private residence when in town for my Dad's funeral. This property was reasonably priced for two people as most of the places slept entire huge families. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water! The location was great as Santiago's and Ziggie's Coffee were about a one minute drive away. It was awesome to be able to do laundry and to have a dishwasher.Even though the listing says you can use the garage, we were told to park in the driveway or the gravel so that was a disappointment. You don't get entrance instructions until straight up 4:00pm. The accessories around the home could stand to be replaced. Throw pillows and bed throws had holes in them as if chewed on by a dog. The tile floor was clean of dust, but it could use a good scrubbing. We would stay again as none of these things were a deal breaker for us.

Surface clean, but corners of rooms, baseboards quite dirty. Crevices of oven top (sides) covered with crumbs, keurig machine was calling for descale and when run for hot water it was brown! Oven was really gross and we decided not to use it cause the racks had so much grease on them. There was mouse poop on the pull out couch mattress and the air mattress deflated shortly after bedtime…our first night was quite terrible. The owner replaced the air mattress and cleaned the mouse droppings (though none of us really wanted to open the couch back up to double check)Quiet neighborhood, great access to all amenities, especially ball fields, Walmart and basic fast food places. Easy access to highway.

The property was adequate for our stay, but we encountered some issues upon arrival. The cleanliness level was noticeably low, which was a significant concern for us. We notified the host promptly about this. After some communication, they offered us half of the cleaning fee as compensation, which amounted to approximately 73 on our 900 stay.Additionally, we found that basic amenities like coffee were not sufficiently stocked, requiring us to go out and purchase our own. Based on our experience, it seemed that the property's readiness and ongoing care might be inconsistent, which impacted our overall impression. Future guests should be aware of these points.

Living room accommodations were not comfortable for more than 3 people. This home supposedly sleeps 8, ( two king beds and one pull out couch… lol). There was a three seater couch and one chair in the living room. No rugs ( snow outside). All the towel racks were ripped off the bathroom walls. The shower curtain was not as wide as the tub, inexplicably. Not enough towels for 3 people for 5 days. Three stars for the kitchen since the appliances were new, (knives were DULL, even after sharpening). Three stars for the fact that the cleaner brought a new shower curtain and three more towels, ( old and too small to wrap around any adult body ). Missing electrical plate in the second bedroom. Broken lamp in the master bedroom. Just not thoughtfully maintained. Get a wraparound couch, some lamps for the living room, two working lamps for each of the bedrooms, some rugs on the floors- at least for the front and back doors and the bathroom- and some more games for your guests to play. Fix fhe towel racks and plate cover. So easy and would make a huge difference.

Poor experience overall

Well to start your App sucks! Trying to communicate with host was frustrating. Way too many places for them to Manage efficiently. Had issues with the stove and microwave. It took me contacting RBO directly to get our host to respond! We couldn’t cook dinner. No way can you fit more than 6 people in this place. Way smaller than advertised. Crap neighborhood with seedy people walking in front of the house on the regular. The back yard is a parking lot. Literally all stones.

This property needs some major work. The place had a heavy smell of cleanser due to the fact there was a mop soaked in cleanser stored in the laundry room. The floors, however were filthy. The bathtub was dirty. The bathroom sink had hairs on it as did the floor. We had to pull out one of the beds for airflow and it was disgusting what was behind the bed. there is nowhere to place your suitcases so you have to put them on the filthy floor. There’s also nowhere in the bathroom to put your bathroom bag so you have to put it on the filthy floor. we have stayed at many vacation rentals and never seen one in this bad of shape. This place should be cleaned up and remodeled before it is rented. it is definitely not worth the money.

updated home in an established neighborhood

This is an established neighborhood on a busy street. House is convenient to the highway, stores and places to eat. The inside has been updated and refreshed and is clean. We really needed a place to sleep, that allowed our dog, while we visited with family and friends and the kingsized bed was warm and comfortable. There is only one bathroom but the shower pressure was really good and there was enough hot water. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked for everyday use.

Clean and Comfortable near Old Town Arvada

Property was clean, comfortable and centrally located in Arvada, Colorado. It was just right for my wife and I and our Labrador retriever. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Arvada area.
