Welcome to our beautiful condo located in the heart of Evergreen! We offer a modern condo with beautiful views of nature, wildlife, and local shops.



The Space:

The space features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and dining room table. We offer a dining/living room combo with a Roku TV so you can stream your favorite shows.



The master bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed and a private bathroom with a shower stall.



The guest bathroom has a double vanity sink and a bathtub.



The guest room comes with a queen size bed.



The second guest room has a full size double bunk for more space.



A washer and dryer are located behind the barn door in the hallway.



Guest Access:

You will enter the the glass doors behind the building to get to your ground floor unit. Enter your 4 digit code provided to you to enter the front door. You will then enter an additional 4 digit code to access your unit.



The Neighborhood:

Evergreen is a beautiful neighborhood with quaint historic charm and features many local shops and restaurants within walking distance or only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation options in the area are limited. The roads are generally easy to navigate, but during the winter months, 4WD or AWD is advised due to snow and mountain conditions.



If you want to see a live concert, we are only an 18 minute drive to Red Rocks!



1 hour drive to Denver International Airport.



16 min drive to Maxwell Falls Hiking Trail.



Other Things to Note:

For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and shares important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.



There is a house manual located on the breakfast bar with further instructions. We have 4 mini split Ac/heat units located throughout the condo with remotes located in holders below them to operate. Please be mindful of temperature and keep at the same temp for these units to continue to function properly.



We provide 2 portable door locks for extra security for the front and back doors, although this is a very safe area!



Please note: The windows we have are crank windows and there is a small opening without screens when you open the window. Please watch over pets and children if you decide to open the windows.

You have self-check in and will communicate with us remotely. We are there for you whenever you may need something!
