Best rental for family

The house was perfect for our family. Back yard was great for bbq and our little dog and kids to play in. It was clean and everything was included.Rick the host was the very nice and accommodating. Definitely will book again when in the area.

The house was perfect for our stay in Denver. It was clean, nicely furnished, and in an excellent location. Parking on the street was easy as described. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The landlord even left us homemade brownies. If I was returning to Denver, I would look no further than this place.

Great property and wonderful property manager who worked with us to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the house, which is convenient to all the attractions in City Park and was just the right size for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room was great fun in the evenings. We hope to return!

Even better than expected!!

This property was phenomenal! The hosts thought of everything, the house is in perfect condition- and could not have been better for our little family meet-up in Denver! Hot showers, comfortable beds, wonderful common area, etc. The location is close to outstanding restaurants, a large park, groceries, and easily accessible to downtown. We could not have been happier, and I would leave 10 stars if I could!

This home was the perfect place for our daughters wedding weekend. Plenty of space, all the amenities, very clean and a wonderful responsive host. Slept 8 adults very comfortably. Great location in the city and very nice neighborhood.

Perfect for a large group

We loved this space. There were 5 adults and a baby. It was a great size when we all needed some space after a long day of exploring denver. We took advantage of the large table to eat meals together and loved the game room downstairs.

Amazing!!!

We completely enjoyed our stay here! The house was big enough that we could all do our own thing during down time and also had great areas to all hang out! The beds were VERY comfortable (not always the case at VRBOs) and the owner was beyond kind and responsive to any of our questions or needs. I would recommend this place whole-heartedly! In fact, I’m slightly concerned it may have ruined us for anything less amazing in future vacations :-)

Wonderful!

We had family fly in for our son's graduation, so we needed a big place. This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Nice big kitchen and table where we could eat and play board games. The game room in the basement was pretty sweet too - with shuffleboard and bumper pool. Rick, the host, was amazing - great communication and super helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic House in Denver

We spent a week in Rick's house and it was great! The location was perfect - very easy to get around the city as well as proximity to the highway to travel to towns outside of Denver. The back porch was nice to hve at night so we could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. Although we did not utlize it, it's one block from City Park which would be great in cooler weather (we were there in July)

Perfection!

The house was exactly as described. Rick, our host, communicated quickly. He allowed for us to check in early and leave late if we needed. The game room was exactly what we needed!!!! It really set this house apart from the others. Having four bathrooms was huge too! There was construction on the roads and he gave us PERFECT turn by turn instructions to avoid it. The location was so perfect! We went to Red Rock, Echo Mountain for Snow tubing, downtown Denver and the surrounding area. If we ever go back this is where we will stay. Thank you Rick! Perfection!!!!

Great house, great location

One of the best VRBO stays I've had. The house was better equipped than any other I've stayed in, full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, a game room. The description on the web site is accurate. The neighborhood is fantastic, practically across the street from City Park and near tons of restaurants. Easy to get around Denver from there. Parking is on-street, but this was no problem. The owner, Rick, is amazing. Let us check in early, easy communication, handwritten note with some recommendations nearby, a plate of homemade cookies. He answered one question by text in like five minutes. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

Wedding weekend - a super host and fabulous home

We stayed at this fabulous house in central Denver during our son's wedding weekend. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just north of family-friendly things to do and 10 minutes from downtown. We wanted a place where we could relax but also gather, without any "house" concerns for this important weekend and no freeway traffic to deal with. The host was terrific -- the best ever. He was a great communicator, answered questions, provided help, and hosted a beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked home. He even left a plate of homemade cookies for us! It was a great place to stay --- places to gather, and places to be quiet for three generations with three family units. A game room and lots of spaces to sit and chat. The beds were so comfortable, everything was squeaky clean, and the kitchen & bathrooms were modern and stocked. I definitely recommend this home. Many thanks to the host.
