Long Guys Weekend

This property worked great for our group of 5 guys. We came to town for a mini-college reunion - it had been 29 years since we graduated and made for a great location to reconnect.

Great home in nice neighborhood

Nice, clean home. Beautiful backyard with a nice patio gazebo that seats many plus a patio table with umbrella on the deck. We had a wonderful stay. Cody was always quick to respond to any questions. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable

House was nice and clean when we arrived. It was hot outside and house was nice and cool. Location was great for our visit to Denver and kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. All in all, great stay and great experience!

Family Hangout

It worked out perfectly for our family of 12 (six of those being small children). We were only there a few days, but it served our needs just fine. It was clean and right across the street from a lovely park. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with.

Week stay

The family and I are in the middle of buying a home and needed a week stay while we finished closing and other paper work. The home was great. Had what we need and was very comfortable. Absolutely no issues at all. I would stay again with out even thinking about it.

Boulder Football

Clean, quiet and convenient

We were glad to have found this place for our Idaho family to use as a base for a CU Denver graduation. Located across from a park in a quiet residential area, but close to shopping and with a short connection to major arterial to Boulder was great. Everything turned out just as advertised. The place was very clean and the split entry design with 2 bedrooms and a bath on each floor worked out perfectly for our group of 8. We also were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was. We like to do our own cooking and hate to buy a bunch of spices which you barely use. We also really appreciated your quick responses to all our questions. You have a great place and we only wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the deck and the gazebo area. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had an amazing time, owner is very nice and quick to answer. My husband and brother in law enjoyed fishing one day and caught some beautiful fish, in walking distance, which they loved. Such a comfortable house for all 10 of us.

Beautiful Home - Fantastic Backyard

The home was extremely clean when we got there, and you can tell well taken care of. The kids loved playing in the backyard, and it was beautiful to sit out on the deck and by the grass on their lower sitting area. Perfect yard to enjoy the Colorado summer days.

A birthday bash trip

Property is well maintained. A few oddities like an upside down light switch but nothing important. Place was clean and worked very well for the family with everyone getting their own bedrooms which is important for adult children.
