Quiet, convenient location

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to many places we were visiting and other amenities. The host was easy to reach with questions and communicated anything we needed to know during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay at this property again!

Short stay

Friends and I stayed there to attend a concert at Red Rocks. It was an easy drive to the venue and historic downtown Littleton. The house was clean and the beds were comfy.

Very nice!

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The location was great for visiting my family. It would have been nice for the heat to have been on when we arrived as the temperature was in the 30s, but I would have no problem recommending to other travelers and/or staying here again.

This home was clean and tidy with all the necessities. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and communicated well and timely.

Stay was okay

We asked to check-in an hour early and told cleaning crew was there, the house was musty and seemed like it had been closed up for some time, it was clean but didn't look like they had just been there. We did like the pet policy and everything else was good. On the last night the cops has someone pulled over in front of the house with guns drawn, a bit scary but that is not on the owners of the property.

Not the property we rented

We went to the property we rented to see there was a car in the driveway. We had driven 12 hours and were ready to rest. We checked in to find out we had a different address to go to. This new property did not have a fenced yard for usage and had people living below with quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. We got in late and had to leave early. We were not happy or impressed but didn’t want to deal with it late at night. We had to come back through and avoided these properties to rent from.

Not as advertised

Sadly this place did not look as nice as the photos. We felt very similar to a review left a few months ago. It felt and smelled dirty and did look as nice as the photos. They do allow pets which is probably nice but there was clearly animal hair all over the couch ( which was torn up from cats) and on the kitchen chairs. There were a few of things that were broken or falling apart and should be taken care of. The owner did offer to have the place cleaned again, but we planned to stay 3 nights and only stayed 1 since we did not feel comfortable and that the place was accurately described or looked like the photos. We asked for a partial refund and hope to receive some money back since we booked elsewhere. I hope they can refresh/ replace items and give it a good clean for future guest.

It was a nice place. The house was kinda hard to find it was on a corner. It was clean, the backyard was fenced for the dog, super convenient. The house was pretty chilly, they did have extra blankets and space heaters. Loved that they had fans. Great place for the money and we were able to be together as a family

Perfect place!

We were visiting our daughter who lives in Littleton. Her house is too small to accommodate all of us overnight and this house was perfect for us. It is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and a grocery store and other things are very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights there. The owner is easy to work with. Check-in and checkout were simple. Highly recommend!

Great little house

Overall a good experience. The house is in a convenient location and was comfortable. I had trouble getting in when I arrived late one night, but eventually got the tricky front door to open. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and dishes etc. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

A great location in Littleton!

You can't tell a book by its cover! The property needs some exterior maintenance and landscape maintenance (lawn cutting), but in Spring in Colorado we let the grass grow to recover from the winter - we did have a few inches of snow during our stay. The interior of the house was excellent - clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable, and the towels and bedding were excellent quality. Our two well behaved dogs loved the fenced back yard. We will stay here again on future trips from Grand Junction to the Denver area.

Jeff’s Littleton Home

Overall the stay was pretty decent. There was a lot of nearby stores for anyone who likes to cook during their stay. One thing I do wish the host would have advised me on was no AC. This property’s AC outside condenser was not running at all. They were kind enough to have 3 portable air units for 2 rooms and the living room but I wish they would have stated that in the amenities before I had booked I would have looked for a different option. I was told a technician would come out but never heard back again. It wasn’t such a big deal for my family of 5 but it would have been nice if I had a warning before. Communication between the host was great. I recommend this property for people who are staying in Colorado only a weekend. Overall great experience. I hope they can get the AC fixed.

Sparkling clean and cozy

We were looking for a place that was a base for exploring the Denver area and this home suited our needs perfectly. The home was very clean. As to appliances, we did not use the stove or dishwasher so cannot comment on their functionality. We did find ample cleaning supplies, towels for kitchen and bath and paper towels. Loved the keurig for our morning coffee before heading out on our excursions. Had a problem with the AC and the property owner responded within an hour. We did discover an issue with the screening on some of the windows and will bring this to the owner's attention. So, too, as to the fencing for dogs. There was a hole where a small dog could escape and it needs repair. The home suited our needs as a base for morning coffee, breakfast and launch point for our Denver adventures.

They Do Not Care About Tou

The house smelled.It immediately appeared the VRBO was set up with the bare minimum requirements. Wires hung from walls and laid on the floor as a trip hazard. We couldn't use one bedroom fan due to the noise it made. We had to remove the globe and unscrew the lightbulb in another fan in order to get the light off while fan was in use. The kitchen table could not be moved due to a large air conditioner blocking it, so only one person could sit there. One of the chairs back was held up by the wall. You could not sit there. The mattresses were vere very uncomfortable and felt like futons. My husband slept on the couch it was so bad. The toilet has a leak so the water in the tank never stopped running. The VRBO owner does not care about you. They just want your money. We left a day early because we could not stay there.
