Charming Guest Suite Close to Downtown Golden

This private and spacious suite is the perfect place for enjoying your vacation. Located in the bottom floor of a private home this suite has a private entrance through the side of the house. Conveniently located at the base of the mountains and within walking distance to Coors, charming Downtown Golden and Natural Grocers, this suite has everything you need to feel all the comforts of home. Red Rocks is only a 15 minute drive from the house making it a great location if you're looking to see your favorite band at Red Rocks, the best venue in the world. The School of Mines is about a 2 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the suite. Colorado boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and with the closest ski slopes only 45 minutes away and lots of hiking, biking and tubing to be explored, this is a spot for adventure that shouldn't be missed! We allow dogs for a one time non refundable fee of $50. License Number: BCA-41935 Occupancy of the unit is limited to five (5) unrelated persons if one of them agrees to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, 4 total occupants is a much more comfortable situation. There is a $10 fee per night for the additional person over 4.

Heidi was super accommodating and responsive throughout the entire planning and stay. Great location, close to everything, cute and quite neighborhood, would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely stay there again.

We loved Heidi’s place and found it to be just as it was presented on the Vrbo website. It was very neat and clean and very well equipped. It was within walking distance to downtown Golden. Heidi responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Heidi's guest suite was great! It was just as advertised: nice quiet neighborhood, clean, super comfy bed, cozy kitchen with lots spices & condiments to use. She was super responsive when we had questions and her recommendations were awesome! ✨️ The next we head out this way, we'll definitely stay here again.

location was wonderful, beautiful and relaxing. we loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful mountains. the only changes that would make it more perfect would be a new queen mattress, springs were uncomfortable, and curtains for small window.

I could not have been happier with our experience. Very cozy stay and good wifi and location to Golden. We couldn’t be more grateful having been allowed to bring our pups with us and letting us stay through Christmas Day. It also snowed Christmas Eve and was a beautiful view! Great simple place to stay for a few of us to experience Red Rocks and Golden. Well appointed house in a great location. Agree with another review that suggested an additional curtain in the smaller bedroom. But all in all exactly what we were looking for.

The property was exactly as advertised. There was a small hiccup as the cleaning crew did not clean from the prior guest. We spoke with Heidi right away, she was super responsive and took care of the situation quickly and professionally.

Nice sized apartment with room to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor space before the snow came! Good neighborhood to walk in and easy access by car or walking to downtown Golden. The lighting is all overhead in the living/dining/kitchen area and a few lamps would be useful.

Our stay was very comfortable and the space was a lot larger than expected. We had our furry companions with us and the neighborhood was perfect for walking them. Views of the mountains all around us made it relaxing. Coffee was provided and kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Special touches by the owners made it seem like they truly care. We were not bothered by noise or neighbors. We will be back in December and will stay again if available.

The Space: Clean, comfortably furnished, w/home - like amentities, plenty of storage for belongings, a creative decor--I particularly appreciated blackout curtains, king-sized mattress/body pillows in master bedroom, long - lasting hot water re showers, ability to easily control temp. of unit & high quality/efficacy of washer/dryer. Location= quiet/safe neighborhood within walking distance of grocery/natural food store/s...also quite close to center of downtown Golden. Our hosts, Heidi provided numerous extras in her rental suite, qtips, blow dryers, shampoo, coffee, spices, etc. We would definitely book this suite again, the location was perfect for our family. Suite was very clean. The only negative things were the couch is very uncomfortable and needs replaced, I would replace with a small sectional as if there were four adults renting the unit, there's not enough seating available. The rental is also very loud during the day with the upstairs noise but we expected that. During sleeping hours and early morning, it was very quiet. Loved this rental!

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and nice area to walk our dog. It is also close to downtown and easy to ride our bikes to the creek bike path near downtown. It is a very spacious apartment and beds were very comfortable. The lighting in the main bedroom needs to be improved, it was very dim in the room. The kitchen had everything we needed, except we would have liked an automatic coffee maker. We had a nice 6 night stay.

We were in town for a wedding and had our grandchild for a night so having place with bedrooms was nice. Place was clean and reasonably quiet. Curb appeal to lawn could improve kind of scares you when you drive up. But was better than it looked.
