We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Four well-appointed bedrooms provide restful retreats for up to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and its own TV, while the remaining three bedrooms each feature a queen bed with soft linens and room-darkening shades. Extra pillows and blankets are available to make evenings as comfortable as possible.
Living spaces
The open-concept living area is designed for gathering. A sectional sofa faces a 65" Smart TV, making movie nights or game days an easy choice. A second TV in one of the bedrooms offers flexibility, and fast Wi-Fi ensures everyone can stay connected. Board games are also available for cozy evenings in.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and all the cookware you need. A coffee maker and coffee are provided, and the dining table seats six for shared meals. With a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner is simple and enjoyable.
Bathrooms
Two updated full bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Ample vanity space and clean finishes create a convenient setup whether you are getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening.
Practical comforts
Guests will find an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage for longer stays. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products. Heating, air conditioning, and portable fans ensure year-round comfort. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Outdoor and parking
Although located in East Denver, the home sits on an expansive one-acre lot with a circular driveway and ample parking. Outdoor furniture is available for relaxing in the fresh air, and both free on-site and free street parking make arrivals and departures simple. Guests have a private entrance with keypad self check-in for added convenience.

Set within East Denver, the home offers a blend of peace and accessibility. Cherry Creek State Park is a short drive away, while downtown Denver is within easy reach for dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.
Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance.
